You can cancel or reschedule your collection or delivery by calling 01702 615062. You must provide at least 2 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.

Everyday laundry starts from £15.00. Collection and delivery are free for all orders meeting the £15 minimum. You’ll always see clear pricing before confirming — no hidden fees.

We’re a local team and stand by our service. If anything isn’t right, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly — whether that’s a re-clean, refund, or replacement.
